Shipping Policy

At Protect U Guard, we want our customers’ 100% satisfaction, your product will be shipped to you in a timely manner as indicated on the website, and we will notify you if there are any delays beyond our control. Free shipping is offered on orders over $100 before taxes and shipping. Shipping will be by UPS ground or USPS ground or other future means. Expedited processing and shipping carries extra cost.

Protect U Guard, LLC Return Policy

At Protect U Guard, we want our customers’ 100% satisfaction, and to ensure that every return that follows our guidelines will result in a full refund within 30 days. To ensure quality and maintain integrity in the event of damaged or discrepant orders, please review the following guidelines carefully.

Shipping Discrepancies:

Please examine your packages upon receipt to ensure your order is correct. This can be done by identifying the box with the enclosed packing slip. Please keep in mind that with multiple box shipments the packing list will be in only one box. It is your responsibility to confirm that you have received all of the items indicated on your packing slip and the correct items have been received. If there is damage during shipping, please preserve damaged packaging for report to the shipping company. Failure to report shipping discrepancies and damage within five business days prevents us from accurately problem-solving the issue; therefore variances reported after five business days will not be credited.


All return requests must be called into our Customer Care Center at 1-813-815-0530 and approved by our customer service team prior to return. Shipping costs for return are the responsibility of the buyer. Boxes containing product that has beenwritten on or compromised in any way will not be accepted for return. All products must be returned in the original packaging and packed in an additional outer box to reduce the possibility of damage during return shipping.

Because many of our products are medical products that cannot be restocked, returns are limited to products that are defective or damaged. Please choose products accordingly for specifications that are in the product listing. Returns may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge.

Non-refrigerated product must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can NOT accept returns for Refrigerated product, HAZMAT or for products considered pharmaceutical - except in the case of a product recall.

Any product refused or returned without a return authorization will be subject to a re-stocking fee or denial of credit or replacement. In order to keep accurate inventory levels, any replacement product that is shipped will be invoiced. Once the original product is returned, the original invoice will be credited. If paid by credit or debit card, the original credit card will be credited.

We reserve the right to deny a return request outside of the above guidelines. After 30 days, the RMA and return option are no longer valid and will not be authorized or accepted.
